I am a Brit
living in Los Angeles,
and I hate hearing Americans referring to the world's greatest sport as
"Soccer" while calling their own national sport "Football".
I mean I hardly ever see them kicking a ball - don't they throw it all
the
time? Shouldn't it be "Handball?" So, to set the record straight,
"dudes", don't call it Soccer, ITS CALLED FOOTBALL!

I am proud to be
a lifelong supporter of GILLINGHAM F.C.
through thick and thin (mostly thin) so my club has to take pride of
place at
the top of the list. They may be down in the basement of the league at
the moment
but they are the only team I would ever get out of my armchair to go and
watch
play live, as I did for most of my adult life back in England.
